How long does shipping typically take?
We process orders within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the US typically takes 5-7 business days. We provide tracking for every order so you can monitor your package's calm journey.
What is your return policy?
We want your experience to be nothing but restful. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we accept returns on unused Blanketed Card Decks and replacements or refunds for all other products within 30 days of delivery. Simply reach out, and we'll guide you through our return process for your specific item(s).
Are your products ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We believe that true rest cannot come at the expense of others. We maintain direct relationships with our makers to ensure fair wages and safe working conditions for everyone involved.
Who did the art on the Blanketed Card Deck?
All watercolor illustrations in the Blanketed Card Deck were done by Seattle-based illustrator Sierramatice Karras (aka as Sie-ce). Sie-ce specializes in expressive and colorful watercolor illustrations that capture personality and character.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Once your purchase is carefully packaged we will ship your item(s) using a provider best suited for your location and send tracking details accordingly. Shipping methods and timelines vary per country and product type.
